4. With the palm of your right hand facing away from you, slowly start pulling out or Milking (Like milking a Cow) your penis, forcing blood from the base of your Penis, down the shaft, to the head, but do it very gently and with caution. (Your penis should not be erect during the exercise)
5. Now continue this for 1/2 to 1 hour every day, a full hour if you can find the time to perform these exercises.
6. Thats it! I know I may be beating a dead horse with this but, special care should be taken to avoid any kind of injury.
